Chocolate tour

After our service project we had a wonderful lunch with Hazel a local woman who works with the local women's groups to encourage entrepreneurs.  Our food was amazing and the chance to meet some local people was great.  We then headed to a chocolate tour run by a local family.  We learned about the history of chocolate,  the process of harvesting, the processing, and the making different chocolate products.  Oh and we got to eat chocolate also.  We will be going back to this location tomorrow for a night hike and wildlife viewing.  We also saw both a scarlet macaw and the great green macaw after the tour.

So far we have learned if food is involved Matt and Noah are pretty happy!
